Refund Policy

Refunds are on a case by case basis, 

That said, I will do my best to ensure satisfaction from my customers.

Items like stickers, that would be considered perishable, are not returnable. They are, however, eligible for free replacement should they arrive damaged, stained, torn or mis-printed.

Clay items will be shipped wrapped in protective packing filler and transported via mail with clearly marked fragility statements. Should your item(s) arrive cracked or damage, your will be eligible for a free replacement of the item. Clay items are eligible for refund in particular cases, such as incorrect item sent, mischarge, or non-functioning due to defect.

Clothing items are processed through third-party shipping and fulfillment providers. Due to this, I am unable to remedy the need for returns or exchanges and refunds. Unfortunately, the supplying vendor will need to be contacted prior to moving forward with remediation.

Timeliness

Returns, exchanges, refunds and remediation of purchase and product issues are limited to being reported within 14 days of receiving the shipment at your address.

If you have passed this timeline, I will no longer provide this solutions. However, I will provide you with a credit for future item purchase or a custom item purchase.
